Full-time Employees
Holidays: (6 ½ days)
New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, ½ Day Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Vacation: 2 weeks after 1 year of employment. 3 weeks after 4 years; 4 weeks after 10 years
Sick Leave: 96 hours per year (accrued at 8 hours per month) Sick leave in exchange for vacation
Personal Holiday Leave: 56 hours per year
Bereavement: 5 days per year
Jury Duty: Up to 5 days per year
Compensation for Additional Hours Worked
Optional Deferred Compensation Programs
Medical, Dental, Vision, The District pays 100% of the employees premium. Dependent coverage is split 50-50 between the District and the employee for medical, dental and vision.
Retirement program with CalPers (Formula: 2% @ 55). The District pays the employees 7% contribution.
Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance.

Part-time Salaried Employees (18.5 Hours per week)
Holidays: (6 ½ days)

Vacation: 2 weeks after 1 year. 3 weeks after 4 years; 4 weeks after 10 years

Personal Holiday Leave: 28 hours per year
Bereavement: 5 days per year
Jury Duty: up to 5 days per year

Compensation for Additional Hours Worked
Medical, Dental, Vision: All part-time employees who work a minimum of 17 hours per week may purchase any of the current medical benefits and shall pay the entire premium themselves through an automatic payroll deduction.
