Get a blender.
Put in about 2 cups of ice, then pour in 1/4 cup milk.
Then, put in one or two handfuls of spinach (if you want it to be healthier, put two).
Then, put in 4 tablespoons of peanut butter, then add 1 cup of water.
Then, add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Then add 1 ripe banana, and a drizzle of vanilla extract. Last but not least, add a dash of cinnamon.
Put your blender on liquify, and blend it until you have the texture that you want ( I usually blend it until it is fully liquid and it has a little foam on the top.)
Pour into four cups, and enjoy!
